2. Payments

At this time, we only accept payments through PayPal.

3. Orders & Delivery Time
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 1 to 10 days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume or peak seasons.

4. Shipping

We ship orders from Colombia or Barcelona, depending on product availability and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination country. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

5. Product Characteristics

Each Rocatarpeya piece is unique.
Due to the intentional artisanal displacement of prints, no two items are exactly alike. Minor variations in pattern and color are expected and are part of the product’s authenticity and design.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.

Wholesale Orders

If you are a concept store interested in carrying our products or are interested in placing a wholesale order please contact us via the contact form with the subject "wholesale" and we will get in touch

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, Rocatarpeya is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
If a package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
